2. Services Provided

CCS provides:

  • Contractor licensing education
  • Business advisory services
  • Membership-based informational services and products
  • Webinars and seminars
  • Capital access referral programs
  • Affiliate referral programs
  • Business consulting and advisory services

CCS does not guarantee licensing outcomes, business results, loan approvals, or income.

3. No Legal Advice Disclaimer

Unless expressly stated in a separate written engagement agreement:

  • Information provided is educational in nature
  • Membership access does not automatically create an attorney-client relationship
  • Litigation representation is excluded
  • Users should seek independent legal, tax, or financial advice

4. No Financial or Investment Advice

CCS does not provide:

  • Investment advice
  • Securities offerings
  • Loan guarantees
  • Underwriting services

Capital access programs are referral-based only.

5. Payment Terms

  • Membership fees are billed monthly unless otherwise stated.
  • All sales for licensing programs are final unless otherwise specified in written agreement.
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension of services.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, templates, materials, prompts, and systems are proprietary to CCS.

No redistribution, resale, or copying without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

CCS shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect damages
  • Lost profits
  • Licensing exam failures
  • Business losses
  • Loan denials
  • Legal disputes

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the preceding 3 months.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CCS from any claims arising from:

  • Misuse of materials
  • Violation of licensing laws
  • Business conduct unrelated to CCS guidance

9. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute shall be resolved by:

  • Binding arbitration in California
  • Under California law

You waive the right to class actions.

10. Termination

CCS may terminate access for:

  • Violation of policies
  • Non-payment
  • Misuse of intellectual property

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
